Had an amazing Christmas experience at a hotel located in a desert oasis. The pool was fantastic and the staff were attentive to our needs. The evening entertainment was great and we enjoyed the local cuisine.

The room was a bit basic, but it was clean. The bathroom could have used a bit of an update, but it worked well enough.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff was very friendly and attentive, especially in the kitchen. The hotel facilities were perfect, and the location by palm trees added to the peaceful ambiance. The breakfast was amazing and had an excellent variety of choices.

The swimming pool in the hotel was really good and clean. the staff were friendly as well. the hotel had a nice view of the palm trees and desserts which was enjoyable.

The hotel rooms were basic and did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness. the restaurant provided average food service which was expensive and not worth it.

The location of the hotel was superb, surrounded by palm trees and desert plants, it truly felt like an oasis. Although it was a bit far from the restaurant and bar areas, the walk around the hotel was pleasant. the rooms were basic but quite clean and the beds were comfortable. the service was warm and welcoming. the buffet breakfast offered enough choices to please most. the pool area was quite nice and added a nice touch to the hotel.

There were a few issues with cleanliness in the bathroom which left a bit of disappointment.
